What we do
  1. Trail Running

We are a group of small enthusiastic trail, fell runners, in part because we want to bring people closer to nature in our local area and further afield. Our aim is to help you love to run by making our sessions challenging, fun, and interspersed with breathtaking beauty.
  2. Road running

We are predominantly a Trail Club however during the dark winter evenings its sometimes difficult to head for the trails, this is where we run occasionally on the roads - we aim to provide sessions for all abilities of runners with opportunities to get involved and to only push as far as you feel comfortable.
  3. Technical Sessions

If you're new to running, you may be a bit overwhelmed by all the gear and lingo that gets thrown around by the more experienced runners. You may wonder if you really need everything that they talk about, or if it's OK to start out with a few basics. We will be able to advise what is required.
